Five armed men broke into a house in Sarai Mughal, Lahore, stole gold jewelry and cash, and abducted a teenage girl, police said.
According to the local police report, the robbery occurred late last night, causing panic in the neighborhood. The suspects initially tried to break into a vehicle outside the house but failed and then entered the residence. Once inside, they demanded the key to a cash box. When the family refused, they beat the occupants and threatened to shoot them.
The FIR lists three named suspects, including Iftikhar and Muhammad Raza, along with three unidentified individuals. During the robbery, the perpetrators stole five tolas of gold and Rs 280,000 in cash. They also abducted the teenage girl before fleeing the scene.
Authorities said investigations are ongoing. Special teams have been formed to recover the girl and apprehend the suspects.
