LAHORE, June 20 (ABC): PML-N estranged MPA Jalil Sharaqpuri called on Punjab Chief Minister Hamza Shehbaz on Monday.
During the meeting, he expressed confidence in the leadership. “The PML-N is my party and I am with the party. I will vote as per party policy in the assembly. However, it is my right to have an opponent opinion,” he maintained.
He presented suggestions to the chief minister for the betterment of the province and the country. He demanded that tickets should be awarded on the basis of party election in the general elections.
“It should be mandatory for each Pakistani to cast his vote and on refusal, his identity card should be blocked,” he demanded.
